Updated End of Support Date for 2.3.x Merchants
Adobe is shifting the End of Support (EOS) date for our 2.3 line forward by a few months to September 8th, 2022! They have taken this decision after appreciating the continued business and provided additional time to merchants to adopt this transition period. The Adobe team will still provide support on older releases during these coming weeks & months ahead of schedule.
This is a major release and we would encourage you to join Adobe Commerce Beta Program, where members will have time added to their merchant account upgrades. As soon as possible after the update goes live with this patch version (and if not already done so), all current merchants should prepare themselves by upgrading their software prior to another busy holiday season!
Merchants who stay current with the latest versions are best protected against security vulnerabilities, remain PCI compliant, and gain access to new features that enable and fuel business growth.
Additional Security Patches for 2.3.7 and 2.4.3
To help merchants stay secure and compliant as they transit, Adobe has added two security patch releases in the month of August – 2.3.7-p4 & 2.4.3-p3.
Paid Extended Support Options for 2.3.7 and 2.4.0-2.4.3
Adobe will provide the 2.3.7 or 2.4.0- 2.4.3 merchants an extra helping hand with their upgrade by providing paid extended support options that give them more time to move up until the latest release, which is 2.4.4 or higher.
By choosing this option, merchants are guaranteed to receive quality and security updates for one year after these versions reach the end of support.
